Lindsey Vonn, an American skier born on October 18 1984, won the gold medal in the downhill at the Winter Olympics the year 2010. She has the second highest average score of all skiers of all genders. She's the most skilled skier in history and the most popular throughout her home country of the United States. Caroline Vonn, also known as Lindsey Vonn is an American World Cup alpine racer that is part of the US Ski Team. She has won in the total World Cup competition four times. Her name is well-known in American historical records. Only six women have won each of the five World Cup alpine ski events. She has won an impressive 82 World Cup victories in total. Skiers who are among the best in the world, including the best American ski racers, have declared their retirement following their participation in the World Championship in Sweden. Four-time World Cup winner decided to leave after having a lengthy list of health issues. Social media was her way to declare her decision to retire. In the coming weeks, I'll be competing in the final race of my career in the Downhill as well as the SG World Championships in Re Sweden.
